Meditation and Yoga Blankets

These Mexican blankets are a beautiful prop for your meditation and yoga practice. It is most often used as a seat and to help keep the spine straight during your practice. It is recommended to keep one blanket that is only used for your personal meditation. It can also be used a blanket during Savasana. Creating a sacred space will help to make meditation a habit that you can come back to easily and lovingly. 

They can also be used as a beach blanket, a picnic blanket, yoga bolster, or decorative throw.

These blankets are heavier and thicker than traditional Mexican falsa blankets, which means they’re perfect to use as a bolster in your next yoga practice, or to cuddle up with if you use them as a home throw.
