WE RECOMMEND
Use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of this blend with 200ml of hot water or plant milk. Add a sweetener if desired. Warm, shake, blend or ice to your liking.

STORAGE
The miron glass jar is designed to protect the mushrooms from oxidation - keeping them strong and fresh. You should still do your best however, to keep the jar in a cool, dry and dark place if possible.
